My experience in this great profession extends over 30 years. After obtaining my professional qualifications in piano tuning and associated technology I began my working life at two leading British piano manufacturers, John Broadwood & Sons and Danemann Pianos in London.

 

For the past 25 years I have worked as an independent piano tuner & technician. I provide a top class tuning service and offer expertise in repairs, regulation, restoration, concert preparation and voicing on all types of pianos, throughout the North West of the UK.  
 

I have also considerable international experience in the field, having worked in the Far East and Middle East.

 

I have tuned for a number of artists for their concert performances including Peter Donohoe, John Gough, Moira Lympany, Rose Cholmondeley, Anthony Hewitt, Martin Roscoe and Jack Gibbons.  I have also had the honour of tuning for Her Majesty the Queen at Buckingham Palace for a state occasion.
